Creamy potato soup


Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- boiling water
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- parsley, chopped - 3 Tbsp
- large potatoes, cubed - 4 item
- stalks celery and leaves, chopped - 3 item
- large carrots, grated or chopped - 2 item
- Add remaining ingredients
How to make creamy potato soup:
Saute onion in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until vegetables are tender.White Sauce:4 c. milk2 Tbsp. flour4 Tbsp. butter2 chicken bouillon cubes1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper Mix 1/2 cup of milk with flour. Heat remaining milk to boiling. Add flour mixture and stir constantly until thickened. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until bouillon cubes are dissolved. Add White Sauce to other ingredients and heat.
