- half and half - 2 c
- flour - 5 Tbsp
- butter - 5 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1 item
- carrots - 1/2 c
- onion - 3/4 c
- celery - 1/2 c
- chicken stock - 4 c
- cauliflower - 2 3
How to make creamy cauliflower soup:
Add vegetables to chicken stock. Bring to boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. In a saucepan, melt butter; add flour. Cook 1 minute. Add half and half; cook until thick. Mix with vegetables and cheese.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Cauliflower.
