Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- mushrooms - 1 c
- onion - 1 c
- celery - 1 c
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 4 item
- cans cream of celery soup - 4 item
- whole pheasant optional, chicken - 1 item
How to make creamed pheasant:
Parboil pheasant. Combine onion, mushrooms and celery with milk. Mix in soups and desired chunks of pheasant. Heat over low heat. Serve over drop (Bisquick) biscuits.Recipe categories: Main dish, Wild game, Pheasant.
