Ingredients/Components
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Flour - 2 Tbsp
- pkgs - 2 (10
- Butter - 2 Tbsp
- Chopped Parsley - 1 item
- 1/2 Cups Half & Half - 1 item
- Chicken Bouillon Cubes - 2 item
- Dash White Pepper - 1 item
How to make creamed corn:
Blend together half & half, chicken bouillon cubes, pepper and sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add corn to boiling liquid, return to boil, reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes.Melt butter in separate small saucepan. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly until paste is formed. Add flour mixture to corn mixture and stir with wooden spoon to mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently until thickened. Remove from heat. Sprinkle lightly with chopped parsley. makes 6 servings.
