- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- sticks butter, softened - 3 item
- plain flour, sifted - 3 c
How to make cream cheese pound cake:
Mix together butter, cream cheese and sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour, salt and vanilla. Pour into a 10-inch tube pan (greased and floured). Put in a cold oven. Bake from 300° to 325° for 1 1/2 hours. Can also bake in 2 loaf pans.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Kid Friendly.
