Ingredients/Components

- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- flour
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- oleo - 3 Tbsp
- stick oleo - 1 item
- Blend eggs and vanilla
How to make cream cheese coffeecake:
Cream together the oleo, cream cheese and sugar. Blend eggs and vanilla. Sift together the flour, baking powder and soda. Add creamed mixture to eggs and vanilla. Add sifted mixture alternately with milk to creamed mixture, beating until smooth. Put into a greased and floured 10-inch pie pan or a 9 x 13-inch pan.Topping:1/3 c. light brown sugar1/3 c. flour1/2 tsp. cinnamon3 Tbsp. oleo Mix topping and sprinkle on cake.
