Cranberry relish



Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 1/2 c
- brandy extract - 1 tsp
- grated orange peel - 1 tsp
- Equal - 18 pkg
How to make cranberry relish:
Combine all ingredients, except Equal, in saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until cranberries are soft. Remove from heat. Stir in Equal. You may strain to remove cranberry skins for a smoother sauce. Cool to room temperature. Delicious with turkey. Makes 8 (1/4 cup) servings.Calories: 18 per serving. Diabetic Exchange: 1/2 fruit.
