Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
- plain yogurt - 1 c
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- pie crust - 1 item
- can crabmeat or imitation crab or 1 can shrimp - 1 item
How to make crab quiche:
Bake pie shell at 425° for 5 minutes. Remove from oven; spread cheese in bottom of pie shell. Mix together remaining ingredients and spread over cheese. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 350° for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Great for breakfast or dinner.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Shellfish, Crab.
