Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- all-purpose flour - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green onion - 1/3 item
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- mayo - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- pastry for 9-inch pie
How to make crab quiche:
Line 9-inch quiche dish with pastry. Prick bottom and sides with fork. Combine eggs, mayo, flour and milk. Mix through. Stir in crab meat, cheese and green onion. Spoon mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Shellfish, Crab.
