Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
- large egg, beaten - 1 item
- minced green onions - 1/4 c
- crab meat, flaked and picked over, or 1 1/2 lb - 1 lb
- fresh bread - 1 c
- unflavored dry breadcrumbs - 1/2 c
How to make crab cakes:
Combine all except last 2 ingredients. Spread dry breadcrumbs on waxed paper. Shape mixture into 3-inch patties; cook 2 or 3 minutes per side.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
