Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chicken broth - 1 to
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- cottage cheese - 2 c
- slices bacon, fried and crumbled - 6 item
- chopped green pepper optional - 2 Tbsp
- salt omit if you want - 3/4 tsp
How to make cottage cheese casserole:
Prepare noodles by package directions and set aside.Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, onions, green pepper and flour together. Spread half of noodles in a 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Spread cheese mixture over noodles. Combine with remaining noodles. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over noodles. Bake in moderate oven at 350° until heated through, about 30 minutes.
