  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • potatoes, diced - 4 item
  • can corned beef - 1 item

How to make corned beef casserole:

Cook potatoes until done. Drain. Put potatoes in buttered casserole dish. Then crumble corned beef on top. Top with cheese.

Make white sauce and pour over mixture. Bake until cheese melts in a 350° oven.
