Corn relish

Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- red pepper sauce - 1/4 tsp
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
- celery seed - 1/2 tsp
- onion, finely chopped - 2 Tbsp
- celery, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- mustard seed - 1/4 tsp
- green or red bell pepper, chopped - 2 Tbsp
How to make corn relish:
Mix sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed, mustard seed and pepper sauce. Put in a medium saucepot. Heat over medium heat until boiling; stir. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 days to blend flavors.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Corn.
