- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- light cream - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- corn, cut from cob or cream-style corn - 2 c
How to make corn pudding:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add milk, cream, sugar and salt. Stir in corn and bread crumbs; place dish in pan of boiling water. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until custard is set.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
