Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- baking soda - 3/4 tsp
- Bisquick - 3 c
- corn meal - 1/4 c
- butter do not use margarine, melted - 3/4 c
How to make corn bread:
Mix dry ingredients first and then combine eggs and milk. Lightly stir in melted butter; do not overmix, will become dry. Pour into greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Enjoy!Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Southern u.s..
