- sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 3/4 c
- cold water - 1/4 c
- whipping cream, whipped - 1 c
- Filling:1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- Parkay margarine, softened - 6 Tbsp
- 24 count Oreo cookies - 2 c
- 10 chopped chocolate sandwich cookies
How to make cookies and cream cheesecake:
Filling:1 envelope unflavored gelatin1/4 c. cold water1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened1/2 c. sugar3/4 c. milk1 c. whipping cream, whipped1 1/4 c. (10) chopped chocolate sandwich cookies Crust: Mix 2 cups cookie crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan.Filling: Soften gelatin in water; stir over low heat until dissolved. Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add gelatin and milk; refrigerate until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped cream. Reserve 1 1/2 cups cream cheese mixture; pour remaining cream cheese mixture over crust. Top with 1 1/2 cups chopped cookies and reserved cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until firm. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
