Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar
- baking powder
- chocolate chips - 1 pkg
- shortening - 2/3 c
How to make congo squares:
Melt shortening; add brown sugar. Beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Add vanilla and chocolate chips. Mix well.
