Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- oil - 2/3 c
- flour self-rising - 2 c
- box dark brown sugar - 1 item
How to make congo bars:
Mix (by hand) eggs, oil and sugar together. Sift flour and add. Add salt, nuts, bits and vanilla and mix well. Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool on cake rack and cut into squares.Optional: 6 ounce chocolate bits and 6 ounce package butterscotch.
