Congealed salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- grated sharp cheese - 2 c
- medium can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- crushed pecans if desired - 1/2 c
How to make congealed salad:
Boil 2 cups water. Mix in jello. Let cool slightly. Mix cheese, mayonnaise, pineapple and nuts together. Mix everything together and put in refrigerator to mold.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Heirloom/historical.
