Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- fresh mushrooms - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 1 pkg
- cooking sherry - 1/2 c
- chicken breasts 8 pieces, boned and skinned - 4 item
How to make company chicken:
Put chicken in 9 x 13-inch casserole. Place whole mushrooms around chicken. Mix soup, sour cream and sherry. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
