Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- cooking oil - 2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- Minute rice
- frozen broccoli - 1 pkg
- dry sherry wine - 1 Tbsp
- chicken, cubed and skinned
How to make company chicken:
Place cooking oil in pan and lightly brown chicken. Add water, wine, broccoli and cream of chicken soup. Bring to a full boil. Separate broccoli pieces as it cooks; stir in rice. Cook; cover until chicken is tender and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
