Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- slices bacon - 8 item
- chipped beef - 4 oz
- paprika and fresh parsley - 1 item
- whole, boneless chicken breasts - 4 item
How to make company chicken:
Split chicken breasts. Wrap each in a bacon strip. Cover the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan with shredded, chipped beef. Arrange chicken on top of beef. Blend sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika, edge pan with parsley. (May be refrigerated up to 2 days now.) Bake uncovered at 250° for 3 hours.
