Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
- onion - 1/2 item
- small turkey wing or leg - 1 item
- to 3 bunches collard greens - 2 item
How to make collard greens:
Boil meat and seasonings together until meat is tender. Wash and cut greens into small pieces; remove thick stems. Add greens to boiling seasoned water. Cook until tender. Add extra seasoning to taste if needed.Recipe categories: Side dish, Greens, Collard greens.
