Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 1/4 c
- box white cake mix - 1 item
- small carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can Angel Flake coconut - 1 item
- can cream of coconut - 1 1/2
- Bake in greased pan at 350° for 30 minutes
How to make coconut sour cream cake:
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, sour cream and cream of coconut together with electric mixer as directed on cake mix box. Bake in greased pan at 350° for 30 minutes.Icing:1 box powdered sugar8 oz. cream cheese2 Tbsp. milk1 can Angel Flake coconut1 tsp. vanilla Blend sugar, cream cheese, milk and vanilla.
