Beat the ingredients for 4 minutes. Bake at 350° in 2 layer pans or one sheet pan for 25 minutes. Frost cool cake.Frosting:9 oz. Cool Whip1 small can crushed pineapple1 box coconut instant pudding Mix together; spread on top of the cake.
