Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- egg yolks - 4 item
- whipping cream - 1 c
- cinnamon stick pieces coarsely crushed cinnamon sticks - 3 Tbsp
- quart whole milk - 1 item
How to make cinnamon ice cream:
Combine cinnamon stick pieces with the whole milk and whipping cream in a large saucepan. Heat 15 to 20 minutes on low heat. Take off heat and strain. Pour into large saucepan. Stir in sugar.
