Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cocoa
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- cup flour - 1 item
- cup chopped pecans - 3/4 item
- cup hot water - 1 item
- cup sugar - 3/4 item
- cup milk - 3/4 item
- cup cocoa - 1 item
How to make chocolate upside down cake:
Sift dry ingredients. Add butter, milk, pecans and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes. Pour in greased pan. Mix sugar and 1 cup cocoa and sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Can be served with whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
