Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- In saucepan, put oil, water, butter and cocoa and bring to a boil
How to make chocolate sheet cake:
Sift together sugar, flour and cinnamon. In saucepan, put oil, water, butter and cocoa and bring to a boil. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Mix together eggs, vanilla and buttermilk and add to batter. Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased sheet pan and bake at 400° for 25 minutes.Icing:1 stick butter4 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Place butter, cocoa and milk in saucepan; bring to a boil, careful not to scorch.
