Ingredients/Components
- semi-sweet chocolate - 2 sq
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- French vanilla instant pudding - 2 pkg
- box cinnamon graham crackers - 1 item
- Stir in Cool Whip
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Mix pudding with milk. Stir in Cool Whip. Use a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Line bottom of pan with cinnamon crackers. Add 1/2 pudding mix, layer of crackers and rest of pudding. Add top layer of crackers. Chill 2 hours before frosting.Frosting:4 Tbsp. water2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate2 c. confectioners sugar2 Tbsp. oleo1 tsp. vanilla Melt water, chocolate and oleo in saucepan. Add sugar and vanilla. Stir until all lumps are out. Spread on top of crackers and chill for 24 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 30 mins.
