Ingredients/Components
- large eggs - 2 item
- can cherry pie filling - 1 oz
- pure almond extract - 1 tsp
How to make chocolate covered cherry cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spray 9 x 13 pan with vegetable oil spray. Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer on low for 1 minute. Scrape bowl and mix on medium for 2 minutes. The batter will look thick and well blended. Pour into pan, smoothing top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool.
