Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 3/4 c
- finely chopped pecans - 3/4 c
- 8 oz - 1-1/2 pkg
- miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 c
- butter, softened not margarine - 1/2 c
- box chocolate graham crackers - 1 item
How to make chocolate chip cheese ball:
In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars and beat just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Put mixture in Saran Wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate for 1 hour and then roll in pecans.
