- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1 c
- cocoa
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- Frosting:1 stick oleo
How to make chocolate cake:
Frosting:1 stick oleo6 Tbsp. milk3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa1 tsp. vanilla1 box confectioners sugar Cake: Sift sugar and flour together. Bring margarine, water and cocoa to a boil in saucepan. Add sugar and flour; mix well. Add eggs, vanilla, buttermilk and soda; mix all together. Bake for 20 minutes in a 9 x 12-inch oblong pan. Frost while still hot.Frosting: Boil oleo, milk and cocoa. Add vanilla and confectioners sugar; beat well.
