- butter - 5 Tbsp
- oil - 3/4 c
- soda - 1 Tbsp
- cocoa - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- flour, sifted - 3 c
- bananas - 2 c
- sour milk - 1 c
- boiling coffee - 1 c
- extra large egg - 1 item
- Drop cream cheese mixture by teaspoon over the top and cover with remaining batter
How to make chocolate cake:
Optional:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1/2 c. powdered sugar1 extra large egg Pour half of cake batter into 9 x 13-inch pan. Drop cream cheese mixture by teaspoon over the top and cover with remaining batter. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Frosting:1 c. sugar1/3 c. milk5 Tbsp. butter1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips3 c. flour, sifted2 c. sugar1 tsp. salt1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. cinnamon3 eggs, beaten1 1/2 c. oil1 1/2 tsp. vanilla2 c. bananas1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained and unsweetened1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts are great) Combine the above and stir into wet ingredients.
