Chocolate butter fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- butter
- unsweetened chocolate - 3 sq
- light corn syrup - 1/2 c
- envelope gelatin - 1 item
How to make chocolate butter fudge:
Butter a 9-inch square pan. Mix sugar and dry gelatin in saucepan. Add milk, syrup, chocolate and butter and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until soft ball stage (238°), ball flattens when taken from cold water. Remove from heat. Pour into large mixing bowl. Flavor with vanilla and cool 15 minutes. Beat until candy thickens. Spread in buttered pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
