Ingredients/Components
- semi-sweet chocolate - 4 sq
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- margarine or butter - 1 Tbsp
- cold milk
- medium bananas, sliced - 2 item
- thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
How to make chocolate banana pudding pie:
Microwave chocolate, 2 tablespoons milk and margarine in medium microwavable bowl on High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Spread evenly over crust. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until chocolate is firm. Arrange banana slices over.Pour 2 3/4 cups cold milk in large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon over bananas in crust. Spread with topping. Refrigerate 4 hours until set. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
