Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- slivered almonds - 1 item
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast - 3 item
- large can Chinese noodles chow mein - 1 item
- large can Chinese mixed vegetables, drained - 1 item
How to make chinese chicken casserole:
Cook chicken breasts and cut into bite sized pieces. Mix all ingredients and put in a large casserole or baking dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs and slivered almonds. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Yummy.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
