Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- finely cut celery - 2 c
- can bean sprouts, drained - 1 item
- crushed potato chips - 1 c
- frozen green peas
- cream of milk - 2 Tbsp
How to make chinese beef casserole:
Brown ground beef and place in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Mix remaining ingredients, except potato chips. Pour over meat. Place chips on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
