Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • small onion, finely chopped - 1 item
  • finely cut celery - 2 c
  • can bean sprouts, drained - 1 item
  • crushed potato chips - 1 c
  • frozen green peas
  • cream of milk - 2 Tbsp

How to make chinese beef casserole:

Brown ground beef and place in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Mix remaining ingredients, except potato chips. Pour over meat. Place chips on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
