- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- Jack Cheese - 1/2 lb
- can green chilies, washed, seeded, cut in strips - 1 oz
How to make chili rellenos casserole:
In a greased casserole layer the chilies. Add Jack cheese, shredded, as second layer. Mix flour, salt, eggs, milk together until smooth. Pour over chilies and cheese. Bake in 350° oven for 55 minutes or until knife comes out clean.Recipe categories: Egg, Cheese, Main dish.
