- cream cheese - 3 oz
- pecans - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 2 c

How to make chili cheese log:
Let cheeses stand at room temperature to soften; combine cheeses, lemon juice, garlic powder and a dash of red pepper. Beat with electric or rotary beater until light and fluffy. Stir in finely chopped pecans. Shape in a roll about 1 1/2-inches across. Sprinkle roll with mixture of chili powder and paprika. Chill several hours.
