Chicken with mushroom sauce
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 item
- skim milk - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- black pepper - 1 item
- onion powder - 1 item
- Pam - 1 item
- to 8 chicken thighs, skinned or pieces - 6 item
- mushroom soy sauce or regular soy sauce - 1 item
How to make chicken with mushroom sauce:
Sprinkle each piece of chicken with onion powder, pepper and soy sauce. Fry chicken in pan on medium heat (spray pan with Pam) until brown, approximately 15 minutes each side. If chicken seems too dry, add 1/4 cup water and soy sauce. Mix soup with 1/2 can milk and 1/2 can water. Add to chicken. Simmer over low-medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
