- brown sugar - 2 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 3 item
- dry sherry - 1 c
- wings - 3 lb
- soy sauce Kikkoman - 1 c
- about 3-inches ginger root, minced
How to make chicken wings oriental:
Place wings in single layer of container and marinate overnight or several hours in sherry, soy sauce, ginger root, garlic and brown sugar (liquid to cover or almost).
