Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- pineapple juice - 1/2 c
- to 15 chicken wings - 12 item
How to make chicken wings:
Cut tips from wings and cut joints to make 2 pieces. (Discard tips.) Marinate chicken wings in sauce made from combining the first 8 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook, drain off sauce and reserve. Put wings in baking pan and bake at 300° for 45 minutes. Baste with reserved sauce several times.
