Ingredients/Components
- salt - 4 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- egg yolks - 2 item
- heavy cream - 1 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chicken broth - 1 qt
- bay leaf - 1 item
- dry white wine - 1/4 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- thin spaghetti - 8 oz
- fresh mushrooms, sliced - 12 oz
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- Romano cheese - 2/3 c
- fryer, cooked, boned and cut up - 1 item
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
In large frypan, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms, green pepper and garlic. Saute 5 minutes. Stir in flour, salt (1 teaspoon) and pepper. Slowly add warm cream and chicken broth (1 1/2 cups). Cook, stirring, until thickened. Reduce heat tRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
