- cooked diced chicken - 1 to
- rice, cooked - 2 c
- green pepper, cut into strips - 1 item
- onion, cut into strips - 1 item
- cabbage head, cut up - 1/2 item
- bag California style frozen vegetables - 1 item
- any other vegetables you like - 1 item
How to make chicken stir-fry:
In skillet, saut chicken in a little olive oil. Add vegetables. Saut?© about 6 or 7 minutes. Don't overcook! Add rice (or serve separately), then soy sauce to taste. Add any other sauces you prefer, such as teriyaki sauce.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Chicken breast.
