Chicken stew



Ingredients/Components
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 oz
- barbecue sauce - 1/4 c
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- sliced okra - 1/2 lb
- whole or 8 halves chicken breast - 1 item
- large diced potatoes - 3 item
- chicken stock optional - 3 c
- large diced onion - 1 item
How to make chicken stew:
Cook, debone and chop chicken. Place in 5-quart cooker or crock-pot the chicken, tomatoes, potatoes, onion and okra; cook for 8 hours. Add corn, ketchup and barbecue sauce. Cook 10 more minutes. This makes the stew. If you want soup, add the 3 cups chicken stock.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Stew.
