Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- carrots, diced - 4 item
- chicken - 1 (2
- water approximately - 1 gal
- chopped celery with leaves - 2 c
- can vegetable beef soup - 1 item
- large or 2 medium potatoes, diced - 1 item
How to make chicken soup:
Cook chicken in water until easily removed from bones. Debone and chop meat. You will need at least 2 cups of poultry. Pour water and all remaining ingredients into large Dutch oven or pan.
