Ingredients/Components
- chicken broth - 1/2 c
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- celery, sliced thin - 1 c
- can bamboo shoots - 1 item
- chicken, cooked and cut up - 2 c
- small can Chinese noodles - 1 item
- drained mushrooms - 4 oz
How to make chicken salad casserole:
Combine first 4 ingredients, overnight. The next day, add the next 4 ingredients. Pour in a baking dish. Add crushed cashews or slivered almonds on top. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until hot throughout.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
