Ingredients/Components
- Eggs - 4 item
- Cup Flour - 1 item
- Cup Water - 1 item
- Stick Butter - 1 item
- Chicken Salad - 1 item
How to make chicken puffs:
Bring Butter and water to boil. When butter is melted, beat in flour with a fork over very low heat. When mixture forms a ball, remove from heat and beat in eggs one at a time. When mixture is smooth, drop tsp. size balls on cookie sheet. Bake in 425 oven until brown and dry. Fill with Chicken Salad.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
