Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- sour cream - 8 oz
- biscuit mix - 2 c
- can chicken broth - 1 1/2
- chopped, cooked chicken - 3 c
- poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- cans cream of chicken soup undiluted - 2 item
- frozen mixed vegetables - 1 pkg
How to make chicken pot pie:
Combine chicken and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl and pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Combine biscuit mix, sour cream and milk in a bowl. Spread this over chicken mixture, all the way to the edges. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Casseroles, One Dish meal, Savory pies.
