Chicken pasta salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- red wine vinegar - 3/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- cooked chicken - 4 c
- chopped ripe olives - 1/3 c
- Italian salad dressing mix - 2 pkg
- bunch chopped green onions - 1 item
- vermicelli, cooked - 12 oz
- stewed tomatoes, drained and chopped - 28 oz
How to make chicken pasta salad:
In a large bowl, mix chicken, vermicelli noodles, tomatoes, olives, onions and Parmesan cheese.Make dressing by mixing together salt, Italian dressing mix, vinegar and oil. Toss well with chicken pasta mix. Cover and refrigerate overnight and stir occasionally. Serves 8.
